What you type into a calculator
Nothing entered into a calculator, invoice, payslip or quote on this site is sent to a server, stored, or seen by anyone but you. Every tool is JavaScript running in your own browser. There are no accounts, no logins and no uploads, and closing the tab discards everything — which is also why you need to print or save a document you want to keep.
This matters more than it sounds on the generators. An invoice carries your ABN and your customer’s details; a payslip carries an employee’s name, pay and super fund. The safest place for that information is your own machine, so that is where it stays. Printing uses your browser’s print dialog, so any PDF is produced locally too.
Share links
Where a calculator offers “share this result”, the values travel in the fragment of the link — the part after the #. Browsers never transmit a fragment to a server, so a shared link stays between you and whoever you send it to. When such a link is opened, the values are read into the page and immediately cleared from the address bar.
What the site does collect
Bizroo is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it records standard server request information — the page requested, the time, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent — and uses it to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That is Cloudflare’s processing, under their terms, and it happens for every website you visit anywhere.
Advertising and analytics
There is currently no advertising and no analytics on this site — no ad network, no measurement script, and no cookies set by us. If that changes, this page changes with it: the section is generated from the site’s own configuration rather than written by hand, so it cannot describe something that is not there.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. It does not need to: there is nothing to remember between visits, because there is no account and no saved state.
Other sites
Pages here link to the Federal Register of Legislation, the ATO, the Australian Business Register and similar sources, because that is where the figures come from. Those sites have their own privacy practices and this policy does not extend to them.
Children
This is a site about GST and business paperwork. It is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.
Changes, and asking
If this policy changes, the review date at the top changes with it. If something here is unclear or you want to ask what is held about you — the answer is almost certainly “nothing” — the contact page says how to reach us.
